Shipping and Handling Policies

Shortage or error in shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt of shipment.

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Handling fee of $5.00 per order.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back.  No returns will be accepted without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us in advance.  All original packaging must be returned also.  All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and any freight.   We will not make any credit adjustment or replacement on any unauthorized return. Please contact us for information on returning a product before you return anyting.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
